1. Order and Payment

- All products are made to order, and customers are required to place orders at least five (5) days prior to the desired delivery date.

- Orders are considered final once confirmed. Full payment must be completed at the time of ordering.

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. Failure to do so may result in delays or failed deliveries.

2. Delivery

- All items will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

- Delivery dates will be confirmed separately by our team.

- The actual receipt date is subject to Royal Mail’s schedule.

- In case of delivery delays, customers should contact Royal Mail directly. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

- Refund or cancellation requests must be submitted via WhatsApp within 48 hours of placing the order.

- Due to food safety regulations, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted once the items have been dispatched.

- A £5 processing fee will be charged for each return or cancellation and deducted from the refund amount.

4. Limitation of Liability

- We are not responsible for any delays or losses caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or transportation disruptions.

- Customers must inspect the goods upon receipt and report any issues within 24 hours. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
