兩款都以細緻白豆蓉配搭濃郁茶香，帶出抹茶及焙茶獨有嘅風味。抹茶清新醇厚，焙茶則帶有溫暖馥郁嘅烘焙香氣，配合酥香細緻嘅月餅皮，口感細膩，茶香悠長。

每一個月餅均由手工製作，從月餅皮到白豆蓉茶餡都親自準備，選用天然食材，不添加人工防腐劑。

冷凍保存後，食用前按照建議方法回溫，即可享受酥香細緻嘅月餅皮，以及柔滑細膩嘅茶香豆蓉餡。

食用方法｜回溫享用

焗爐／氣炸鍋：

先將焗爐／氣炸鍋預熱至 160°C 約 3–5 分鐘。
月餅毋須解凍，直接從冷凍狀態取出，並移除獨立包裝。
放入已預熱嘅焗爐／氣炸鍋，加熱約 8–10分鐘。
出爐後稍微放涼，即可享用。

以上為建議加熱方法及時間，實際時間可能因應不同設備火力及月餅儲存狀態而有所不同，請自行調節加熱時間。

Introducing our new Tea Mooncake Collection, featuring two tea-inspired flavours in one box:

🍵 Rich Matcha Mooncake
🍂 Rich Hojicha Mooncake

Each mooncake is made with delicate white bean paste blended with rich tea aromas, bringing out the distinctive flavours of matcha and hojicha. The matcha offers a fresh and mellow tea flavour, while the hojicha brings a warm and fragrant roasted aroma. Paired with a delicate, buttery mooncake pastry, each bite is smooth, fragrant and satisfying.

Each mooncake is handmade from start to finish, from the pastry shell to the white bean tea filling, using natural ingredients with no artificial preservatives.

Stored frozen and gently warmed before serving, these mooncakes are best enjoyed slightly warm, when the pastry is fragrant and crisp, with a smooth and delicate tea-infused white bean filling.

Serving Instructions｜Gently Warm Before Serving

Oven / Air Fryer:

Preheat the oven / air fryer to 160°C for approximately 3–5 minutes.
Remove the mooncakes from their individual packaging. Do not thaw — heat directly from frozen.
Place them in the preheated oven / air fryer and heat for approximately 8–10 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly before serving and enjoy.

The above heating time is a recommendation only. Actual heating time may vary depending on your appliance and the storage condition of the mooncakes. Please adjust the heating time accordingly.
