食用方法｜回溫至流心效果

焗爐／氣炸鍋：

1. 先將焗爐／氣炸鍋預熱至 180°C 約 3–5 分鐘。
2. 月餅毋須解凍，直接從冷凍狀態取出，並移除獨立包裝。
3. 放入已預熱嘅焗爐／氣炸鍋，加熱約 10分鐘（±2分鐘）。
4. 出爐後稍微放涼，即可享用流心效果。

以上為建議加熱方法及時間，實際時間可能因應不同設備火力及月餅儲存狀態而有所不同，請自行調節加熱時間。

Each mooncake is handmade from start to finish, using natural ingredients with no artificial preservatives.

Stored frozen and warmed before serving, these mooncakes are best enjoyed warm, when the pastry is fragrant and the centre is deliciously molten.

For longer storage, they can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or in the freezer for up to 1 month.

Heating Instructions｜For the Lava Effect

Oven / Air Fryer:

1. Preheat the oven / air fryer to 180°C for approximately 3–5 minutes.
2. Remove the mooncakes from their individual packaging. Do not thaw — heat directly from frozen.
3. Place them in the preheated oven / air fryer and heat for approximately 10 minutes (±2 minutes).
4. Allow to cool slightly before serving and enjoy the delicious lava centre.

The above heating time is a recommendation only. Actual heating time may vary depending on your appliance and the storage condition of the mooncakes. Please adjust the heating time accordingly.
